1. Nazareth
Soap Factory invites all interested bidders for the supply of:- 100
MT Flakes Caustic Soda 99 %.
2. Bidders
could obtain tender document by presenting a copy of their renewed
license valid for the current year against payment of non-refundable
Birr 60.00 (Sixty Birr) from Aluminium & Sulphate Factory Liaison
Office Tel. 011-515-43 87, in Lideta Area Addis Ababa Foam & Plastic
Factory Compound.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid value in
the form of C.P.O. Bank or Insurance guarantee. The bid security
should be in a separate envelope.
4. Wax-sealed
bids shall be submitted to Nazareth Soap Factory, Commercial
Department, Adama on or before February 7, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. Bidders
should provide one original and one copy of “Technical” and
“Financial” document in a separate sealed envelope marked
“Tender No. NSF03/99” in the tender box prepared for this
purpose.
5. The
tender will be opened on February 7, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in the
presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. The
Factory retains all rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
