Akaki Metal products Factory invites all interested and eligible
bidders to bid for the supply of
PIPE SOCKETS …………237,000 PCS.
I. Bids
documents can be obtained from the Factory during office hours
against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from
the date of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald
II. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of USD 800 or in an
equivalent amount of convertible currency before or on the closing date
in the form of Bank Guarantee counter guaranteed by Commercial Bank
of Ethiopia which is unconditional irrevocable & payable upon
buyer’s first written demand, C.P.O. or cash only. (Insurance bond
is not acceptable).
III.
Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to
the Factory before or on February 15, 2007, 10:00 A.M. local time.
IV.
Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on February 15, 2007 10:30 A.M. local time.
V.
The Factory reserves all rights to accept or reject any or
all bids.
