The Environmental Protection Authority of the Addis Ababa City
Government invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of
Laboratory Instruments and Chemical Supplies.
A
complete set f bidding document can be purchased from finance
section of the Authority upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
100 (One Hundred Birr).
A
bid bond of:
1. Birr
3,000-5,000 for 30,000-500,000
2. Birr
5,000-10,000 for 500,000-1,000,000
3. Birr
10,000-50,000 for 1,000,000-5,000,000
Required to qualify for the tender, wax-sealed envelope marked “Bid
for Tender EPA 03/2007” should be deposited in the tender box of
E.P.A. or sent by mail so that is reaches EPA before January 21,
2007, 4:00 P.M.
Bid will be opened on January 22, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence
of bidders or their representatives. The Authority reserves the
right to accept or reject any bid, and to annual the bidding process
at any time prior to award any bid, and to annual the bidding
process at any the affected bidder, or bidders or any obligation to
inform the affected bidders for its action.
Bidders are obliged to supply the instrument, equipment and chemical
to the purchaser not later than 3 months.
