Water Works Construction Enterprise invites sealed bids from
eligible potential bidders for supply & Delivery of Motorcycle under
LCB.
1. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon presentation of copies of renewed trade interested
bidders upon presentation of copies of renewed trade license, VAT &
tax payer’s registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-
refundable fee of Birr 100 including VAT.
2. Bids
must be submitted in an envelope and accompanied by a bid bond not
less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee, a CPO
or certified check.
3.
Bids should be delivered in person to WWCE in a wax-sealed
envelope with a statement “Not to be opened before February 1, 2007”
marked on the envelope.
a)
Bids will be closed on January 31, 2007 at 5:00 P.M. local
time.
b)
Bids will be opened on February 1/2007 at 9:30 A.M. local
time at the WWCE Conference Hall in the presence of bidders or their
representatives.
The Water Works Construction Enterprise reserves the right to reject
partial or all bids.
