The Ministry of Federal Affairs wants to enhance, maintain, and
implement the current integrated information System within the
Ministry and in selected Offices of the Afar, Somali, Benishangul
and Gambella regional states.
Procurement

1. The
Ministry of Federal Affairs has funds to be used for the procurement
of software engineering service for the enhancement, maintenance,
and implementation of the current integrated Information System
within the Ministry and selected bureaus in the above mentioned
regional states.
2. The
Ministry of Federal Affairs invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the provision of the above-mentioned service.

Bidding will be
conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained
in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of
Ethiopia and is open to all national bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of
Federal Affairs and inspect the bidding documents at the address
below at 7 (b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian
Birr 30 in cash only.
5. A
complete set of Bidding documents in English can be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) and upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 30 in cash only.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or before 30 days
from the date of publication of invitation to bid. All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 5000 (Five Thousand
Birr). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the
presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the
address below at 7 (d0 at the 31st day from the date of
publication.
