The Addis Ababa University College of Commerce (AAUCC) invites all
interested and eligible bidders for the supply of LaserJet printers,
Multimedia/LCD) Projectors, Laptops, Overhead projector,
Photocopiers and computers.
Bid documents can be obtained from the College’s Room No. 39 during
office hours upon payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 (Hundred
Birr) starting from January 3, 2007. Bidders are required to submit
the copies of their trade license renewed for FEY 1999 and VAT
registration certificate to the office where they will collect bid
document.
Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid bond in the amount
of Birr 3,000 (Birr Three Thousand), and a copy of the registration
slip as suppliers with the Ministry of Finance.
The bid bond must be only in CPO (Cash Payment Order) from a
recognized bank.
Bidders should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope in the
College Room No. 13 on or before 2:00 P.M. on 25th of
January 2007. Bid documents will be opened in the presence of
interested bidders or heir representatives at 3:00 P.M. on 25th
of January 2007 at the new Auditorium of the College.
The College reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of
the bids.
