The Addis Ababa University College of Commerce invites all
interested and eligible bidders for the buildings in the main campus
and residence buildings in Vatican. Bidders should registered as
contractors with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. A
complete set of bidding document can be obtained from the College’s
Office Room No. 39 during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable Birr 100.00 (Hundred Birr) starting from January 8,
2007. Bidders at the level of BC 6/GC 6 and above are required to
submit the copies of their renewed construction license for FEY 1999
to the office where they will collect bid documents
Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid bond in the amount
of Birr 3,000 (Birr Three Thousand). The bid bond must be only in
CPO (Cash Payment Order) from a recognized bank.
Bidders should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope both
original and copy clearly marked to the College Room No. 13 on or
before 2:00 P.M. on January 30, 2007. Bid documents will be opened
in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at
3:00 P.M. on January 30, 2007 at the new Auditorium of the College
The College reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of
the bids.
