1. The
Amhara Rural Roads Authority invites all eligible bidders to submit
bid offer for the construction supervision of
Seroka-Ergoye-Abrahajira-Abderafi Rural Road Project located in
Northern Gondar Administrative Zone of the Regional Government.
2. Interested
bidders with valid license for the current Ethiopian budget year can
obtain a complete set of bidding document from the Authority’s
Contract Administration Division, Bahir Dar, up on payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00
3. Bidders
are required to present certificate for Value Added Tax (VAT)
registration and also Tax payer Identification Number (TIN).
4. Duplicate
copies of Bid offer with separate Technical Qualification Document
and Financial Proposal Document in wax-sealed envelopes, labeled as
Original and Copy shall be placed in the bid box along
with a bid security in an acceptable form amounting not less than 1%
of bid offer on or before January 23, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the
Amhara National Regional State Rural Roads Authority, Bahir Dar.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the premises of ANRS
RRA.
6. The
Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
