Description

To all contractors category GC/BC 6 and above with license valid for the year 1999 E.C. renewed registration certificate, VAT registered certificate, clearance given by Oromia Finance & Economic Development Bureau which is showing that the bidders has paid all required government taxes and bidders should also submit experience letters.

1.      West Arsi Zone Health Office invites wax-sealed bids from financially and technically capable bidders to furnish the necessary materials, labor and equipment for construction and completion of nucleus Health center at the following locations.

2.      Bidding documents and additional set of document may be purchased on submission of written application to Bale Zone Health Office for non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) on working days and hours.

3.      Bidders are requested to fill all necessary details in bidding documents and are also insurrected to fill, sign and seal each page of bid document. Failure to follow this instruction may cause automatic rejection.

4.      The bid document shall be filled and completed in one original and two copiers and returned back in separate wax-sealed envelopes labeled “Original” and “Copy”. Copy must be “Machine Photocopy”.

5.      All bid must be accompanied by a bid security of at least 1% of bid amount in acceptable CPO valid for 90 calendar days and must be delivered to Bale Zone H/office on or before on or before January 29, 2007 at 12:00 O’clock (noon).

6.      Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same date at 2:00 P.M. O’clock Bale Zone Administration Office.

7.      The construction works shall be completed within a maximum of 270 calendar days from commencement of works.

8.      The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
