Bidders must specify the warranty period of items, duration
of delivery, payment conditions and other details for the item.
3.
The award for equipment will be made on item-by-item basis.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain a bid instruction and document from
Administration & Manpower Dev’t Mgr. Office of Pharmid against Birr
50.
5.
Bidders must submit their bid document with a copy of Trade
license renewed for the current year, registration of VAT & Tax
certificate clearance.
6.
Bid must be deposited in the tender box at PHARMID, Adm. &
Manpower Dev’t Mgr. Office at or before 10:00 A.M. local time on
January 9, 2007. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in
the amount of minimum 2% of the offered price.
7.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address
mentioned above at 10:20 on the date of closure.
8.
The Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Import and Wholesale
Share Co. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
