Therefore:
1. Bidders
who can provide currently renewed Trade License, Recent Tax
Clearance from Inland Revenue Authority, Registration certificate
from the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, for which they
are listed on suppliers list and VAT Registration certificate from
the concerned Authority can participate for the BID.
2.
Upon submission of a written application with attachments of
documents mentioned under No. 1 above, a complete set of bidding
documents can be purchased at normal office hours against
non-refundable payment of Birr 50 starting from the date of the 1st
appearance of this invitation notice on The Ethiopian Herald.
3. Bidders
shall prepare Bid proposal in two copies (one “Original” & “One
Photocopy of the Original”) & shall submits in the wax-sealed
envelopes.
4. Bid
proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 1% of
the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO only.
5. Bid
proposal shall be submitted on/before the closing date & time
indicated in the table above. Late bids submitted after the deadline
will be rejected.
6.
The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or
their representatives who may choose to attend on the time specified
in the table above.
