1. The
Tender remains floating from January 8, 2007 to January 29, 2007.
Interested & qualified bidders any obtain the bidding documents form
ETC Head Office during office hours at Room No. 206 upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Birr 20 for each tender starting from
January 8, 2007.
2. Bidders
should bring Original & one Copy of their renewed license & VAT
Registration Certificate upon repurchasing the bid document.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid bond amount of Birr 3,000
(Three Thousand Birr) for TL/80/06, TL/81/06 and TL/85/06, and 1% of
their price for tender number 82-84/06.
4.
The Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a recognized Bank
5. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Finance Office before Bid opening date and show the
receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening date.
