Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for Procurement of Tele News Megazine:
1. The
Tender remains floating from January 12, 2007 to February 05, 2007.
Bid documents can be obtain from ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207
from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed
original license & VAT certificate with copies when they come to
obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr 3,000
(Three Thousand Birr).
3.
The Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by recognized Bank or
c)
Bond issued by a recognized Bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to Our Head Office 3rd floor Room No. 311 until
February 06, 2007, 10:00 A.M. and produce the receipt during the bid
opening.
5. Bidders
should prepared their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC’s Head Office 1st floor Room No.
112 on or before February 05, 2007 up to 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 10:00 A.M. on February 06, 2007 at ETC’s Head
Office Room No. 111.
7. Partial
Bids is allowed.
8.
The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of
the bids.
