2. The
Horro Gudruu Walagga Health Department invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the construction of nucleus heath centers
mentioned above and in the case of domestic contractors from those
in category of GC/BC 7 registered with the Ministry of
Infrastructure and who renewed their license for the currency year.

Bidding documents may be purchased at Horro Guduru Walagga
Health Department section health service department Tel. 057-666 09
10(11) P.O. Box 58 Shambo, for a non-refundable fee of Birr 400.
Interested bidders may get further information at the same address.
4. Bids
shall be valid for period of 120 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by a bid security of at least 2% of the bid amount in
CPO or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency from
reputable Bank and shall be delivered to Horro Guduru Wallega Health
Department, Section Health service on January 5, 2007 (27/4/00 E.C.)
before 2:00 P.M. local time.
5. Bids
shall be submitted wax-sealed in two copies and one original and
enclosed by outer envelope. Bids shall be opened in the presence of
the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at 2:30 P.M.
local time on January 5, 2007 (27/4/99 E.C.).
6. The
provisions in the instruction to bidders and in the general
condition of the contract are the provisions of ADB standard bidding
documents.
The Horro Guduru Zone Health Department has the right to reject any
or all bids.
