The SOMALI REGIONAL STATE HEALTH BUREAU invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for design and supervision work of Referral
Hospital in Jijiga town of Somali Regional State.
2.
Notational Consulting Architects and Engineers of category II
and above are eligible to bid. Bidders are required to provide a
valid trade license from the appropriate government body and proof
of registration from the Ministry/Bureau of Infrastructure, for the
currently fiscal year.
3. Bidding
document (and additional copies) may be purchased at SOMALI NATIONAL
REGIONAL STATE HEALTH BUREAU Room No. 15 Tel. (025) 775 20 22/28 44
for a non-refundable fee of 200 Birr in freely convertible currency,
on working hour expect Friday to Sunday.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by security ETH. Birr 30,000 in CPO or Bank guarantee
and shall be delivered to HEALTH BUREAU OF SOMALI NATIONAL REGIONAL
STATE on or before 10/05/99 E.C.
5. Bidders
should submit their technical proposal in a separate envelope from
their financial proposal.
6. Bids
will be opened on 10/05/99 E.C. in the presence of those bidders or
their representatives who choose to attend on eth same date and
place at 10:30 A.M.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
