1. The
Somali Regional State (SRS) Education Bureau has received a loan
from ADB and invites eligible suppliers or bidders for the
procurement of furniture and equipment for those 14 PVS and 8 PVS
constructed and up-grading respectively ADB.
2. Complete
set of bidding document may be obtained by interested bidders upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty Birr
only) for each package stated below form the bureau, plan and

3. Bidding
will be conducted through the National Completive Bidding procedure.
4. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security bond in an acceptable form of
1% of the total bid amount in separate envelope by certified check
(or CPO).
5. The
bidders shall seal the original and copy of the bid in separate
envelope duly marking the envelopes as Original and Copy.
6. Bidders
can deposit their bid documents in a bid box within 45 calendar days
starting from the first date of this bid announcement upon
presentation of certificate of registration and currently renewed
trade license as well as VAT certificate.
7. The
bid will be opened the next day at 3:30 P.M. in the presence of
bidders or their representatives in the Bureau.
