1. The
Ministry of Water Resources on behalf of the Awash Basin Authority
now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the
following equipment:
One unit Dozer-Track Type (300-310
HP)
One unit Truck mounted Hydraulic
Excavator (160-175 HP)
One unit low bed TANDOM drivel with
three axel (40-50 tone)
Three unit pick up Double Cab
vehicles
2. Interested
bidders may purchased a complete set of bidding documents up on
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty Birr)
3. Bidders
are required to submit with their bid copy of renewed license,
clearance from Inland revenue administration, registration
certificate from MOFED, and VAT registration certificate if bid
amount exceeds 100,000.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information and request of

5. Bids
must be delivered to the address above on or before February 21,
2007 at 2:00 P.M. Late bids will be rejected.
6. Bid
will be opened on the same date at 2:15 P.M. in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who will attend.
7. Bid
shall be accompanied by a bid security as per the directive of MOFED
in the form of CPO and Bank Guarantee.
8. Bidders
could participate item by item.
9.
The Ministry has the right to reject the bid in full or
partially.
