Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation (ETC) (Legehar building
invites eligible bid for eligible bidders or the procurement of
Machinery items.
1. The
Tender remains floating from January 10, 2007 until January 30,
2007. Bid documents can be obtained from ETC’s Legehar Building 3rd
floor Office Room No. 332 during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 20 (Twenty Birr).
Bidders should submit all their
renewed original license & VAT certificate with copies (if they are
registered) when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 3,000 (Birr
Three Thousands).

The bid bond must be in eligible of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC (fixed line) Legehar Building underground cashier
before January 30, 2007 at 5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during
the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 3rd floor Room No. 321 on or before
January 30, 2007 at 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC (fixed lien) Legehar Building 4th
floor Room No. 420 on January 31, 2007 at 3:00 P.M.
7. Partial
bid is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
