consulting Architects & Engineers Category III and above whose
license is valid for the current fiscal year.
1. The
Gondar College of Teacher Education now invites sealed
pre-qualification and tender document from eligible bidders for
provision of Design, Contract Administration and supervision
service for teachers Residential Building at Gondar Town.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Gondar College
of teachers Education: P.O. Box 764, Telephone 058 111 70 16/058
111 00 51/058 112 16 35 (Mobile 091 877 69 55/091 877 69 56, Gondar.
3.
Both the pre-qualification and tender documents may be
obtained by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a
written application to the above mentioned office starting from
January 8, 1999 E.C. and upon payment of non-refundable Birr 25
(Twenty Five).
4. Both
the pre-qualification and priced bid documents shall be in separate
envelopes and must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable
form of 1% of the bid amount.
5. The
bid security shall, at the bidder’s option, be in the form of
certified check, a Bank draft, an irrevocable letter of credit or a
guarantee from a Bank located in Ethiopia acceptable to the
employer.
6. Both
the pre-qualification and tender documents must be delivered to
Gondar College of Teacher Education on or before January 29, 1999
E.C., 12:00 A.M.
7. Pre-qualification
documents will be opened in the presence of bidders or
representatives who choose to attend on same date and place at 2:00
P.M.
8. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
