Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid
for the supply of:

Furnace Fuel Oil Flow
Meter (Lot 2)
Regulated DC Power
Supply (Lot 3)
Rechargeable batteries for Fluke
Graphical
multi-meter (Lot 4)
Walky Talkies
(Lot 5)
2. Eligible
suppliers could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of
their renewed license valid for the budget year against payment of a
non-refundable Birr 50 from Procurement & Supply Department, Addis
Ababa during working days from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the
form of certified cheqeu, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be
payable on first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE, Procurement &
Supply Department Addis Ababa office on or before February 16, 2007,
4:00 P.M. Bidders should provide one original and one copy of
“Technical” and “Financial” document separately.
5. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on February 17, 2007, at 10:00 A.M.
in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
