1.
The Ethiopian Airports Enterprise invites eligible suppliers
to supply and install four boarding bridges at the Addis Ababa Bole
old terminal as per the details in the tender document.
2.
Interested bidders may collect the bid documents from
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise Head Office Finance Department
Cashier’s Office near Gerji customs Office up on payment of a
non-refundable fee Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr).
3.
The Sealed envelopes containing “Technical Document” and
“Financial Document” should be submitted in two separate envelopes
and marked “Boarding Bridge” each having one original and two
copies, to EAE, Purchasing and Logistic Administration Department on
or before August 23, 2007 up to 10:00 AM & will be opened on the
same date and time. Late bids will be rejected.
4. Bidders
should submit a bid security of Birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in
the form of CPO or Bank guarantee along with their offer. Bid
security in other form shall not be acceptable.
5. The
bid security will be sealed in separate envelope and marked bid
security.
6. The
Technical envelopes will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their representatives at the EAE Head Office Conference
Room.
7. Financial
proposal envelopes of bidders who pass the technical criteria shall
be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives after
evaluation of technical is completed.

9. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or
