The Ethiopian Airports Enterprise invites all eligible
bidders who have renewed license for the current budget year, VAT
registration evidence and registration certificate form Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development to participate in the bid to
operate and manage the Car Parking System in front of the new
International Passenger Terminal and
Domestic
Terminal Building at Addis Ababa Bole Airport.

Interested bidders may collect the bid document up to August
3 from Ethiopian Airport Enterprise (EAE) Head Office Finance
Department, Cashiers office near Gerji Customs Office upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty Birr).

The sealed envelopes containing an original and a copy of
financial and technical proposals documents should be delivered to
the EAE, Purchasing and Logistic Administration Department on or
before August 9, 2007 up to 10:00 AM & will be opened on the same
date and time. Late bids will be rejected.
4.
Bidders should submit a bid security of Birr 10,000 (Ten
Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO along with their offer.
5.
The bid document shall be submitted as follows:-
5.1.
The Original and a copy of the financial proposal shall be
sealed in separate envelopes and marked “Original Financial
proposal” and “Copy of Financial document” separately.
5.2.
The Original and a copy of the technical document shall be
sealed in separate envelopes and marked “Original technical
document” and “Copy of technical document” separately.
5.3.
The bid security will be sealed in separate envelope marked
bid security.
6. Technical
envelopes of bidders shall be opened in the presence of the bidders
or their representatives who choose to attend at E.A.E. Head Office
Conference Room.
7. Financial
proposal envelopes of bidders who pass the technical criteria shall
be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives after
evaluation of technical is completed.

9. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or
all bids.
