1. The
Ethiopian Seed Enterprise (ESE) invites sealed bids from interested
eligible bidders for the maintenance of Trucks, Vehicles, Fuel pumps
and clatch pads for its equipment located at:
-Addis Ababa
-Awassa
-Shashemene
-Asella
-Nekempte
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty
Birr) in cash from its Head Office or concerned Branches.
3. All
bids valid for at least 90 days from bid opening date must be
submitted to ESE on/or before August 7, 2007 at 10:00 AM local time,
with bid bond of not less than 2% of the total bid price.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend on July 30, 2007 at 10:30 AM.
Local time at ESE Head Office Conference Hall Room No. 110.
5. ESE
reserves the right to accept or reject all or apart of the bids or
waives formalities without assigning any reason thereof.
