Second Invitation

1.      The Ethiopian Red Cross Society-Essential Drugs Program invites interested bidders for the supply of the following items:

a)      20 Desk top Computer

b)      20 UPS

c)      20 Printers

2.      Interested bidders may purchase specification documents from the address given below upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 25 (Birr Twenty Five).

3.      Bids must be delivered to the Office of the Procurement Department on or before the 23^rd date 2:00 P.M. after the bid was advertised on the newspaper.

4.      Bids will be opened on the closing date of the bid at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend. If, however, the 23^rd date is not a working day both the closing and opening date shall be the next working day.

5.     The Ethiopian Red Cross Society-Essential Drugs Programme has the right to reject partial or all bids.
