The Water Works Construction Enterprise invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of the following items from Stock:
a) Steel Bling Casings 6”
Qty 100
b) Steel Screen Casings 6”
Qty 60
1. Interested
eligible bidders, or their representatives may purchase the bidding
documents from the office of Procurement Service of WWCE Headquarter
located in Gurd Shola, near Lucy Academy during normal working
hours, upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 50.00 including
VAT.
2. Bidders
have to submit copies of renewed trade license for the year 1999,
VAT & Tax Payer’s registration certificate.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O. or certified
check.
4. Bids
must be delivered in person to WWCE in a wax-sealed envelope with a
statement “Not to be opened before, July 26, 2007” marked on the
envelope.
Bids will be closed on July 25, 2007
at 5:00 PM local time.
Bids will be opened on July 26,
2007, at 9:30 AM local time, at the Conference Hall of WWCE
5. The
WWCE reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
