The Federal Democratic
republic of Ethiopia has received a GRANT from the African Development Bank in
various currencies to finance the cost of Institutional Support
Project to the Women’s Affairs-Under the Ministry of Women’s
Affairs. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this Grant
will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the
procurement of IT EQUIPMENT AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT.

A complete set of bidding
documents may be purchased by interested bidders as of July 12, 2007
12, 2007 (Monday-Fraiday:9:00 A.M. 12:00 and 2:00-5:00 P.M.) on the
submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Birr Fifty) or an equivalent
amount in a freely convertible currency.

Bids must be delivered to the
above office on or before
2:30 P.M. (local time) on August 10,
2007 and must be
accompanied by a Bid security of Birr 5,000.
