1.
The Sustainable Water Harvesting and Institutional
Strengthening in Amhara (SWHISA) Project, a capacity building
undertaking, now invites sealed bid for provision of consultancy
services for Records Management System at Woreda Level.
2.
The tender document may be obtained by interested eligible
bidders on the submission of written application to Sustainable
Water Harvesting and Institutional Strengthening in Amahara project,
Central Coordination Office, Alma Building, Room No. G09 during
the official working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 50 (Fifty Birr)
3.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security bond of 2% of the
total bid amount in a separate envelope in acceptable form such as
Certified Cheque (C. P. O.), Bank Guarantee, or cash.
4.
Consulting firms or bidders are to submit wax-sealed bid
documents/one original and one copy/ for both
pre-qualification/Technical/and priced/Financial/documents
separately.
5.
All bids shall be delivered to SWHISA Central Office, Alma Building, Room No. G09, or
through P.O. Box 325, Bahir Dar before the
closing date and time.
6.
Bidders must present currently renewed trade license, VAT
(when necessary) and TIN Registration Certificates.
7.
Bid closing date shall be on the 21st calendar day
counted from the date of the announcement on the Ethiopian Herald at
12:00 O’clock. If this date falls on a holiday, the bid closing date
will be the next working date.
8.
Bid documents will be opened in the presence of bidders or
their representatives, who choose to attend the opening session , at
2:00 P.M. of the bid closing date at SWHISA Central Coordinating
Office, Alma Building, Bahir Dar.
