Re-Invitation for Bids
1.
Water Well Drilling Enterprise (WWDE) invites all eligible
bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of Emery wheel disc
in accordance to our specification stipulated in the tender
document.
2.
Eligible suppliers can obtain tender documents by presenting
a copy of their renewed licenses valid for the budget year against
payment of non-refundable Birr 50.00 (Fifty) from procurement
office.
3.
Bids shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes,
marked as technical and financial proposal.
4.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2% of their offers
in the form of certified cheque, C.P.O. or Bank quarantee payable to
W/W/D/E and should be enclosed in the Technical envelop.
5.
Sealed bids shall be delivered to W.W.D.E’s Head Office and
placed in the tender box within fifteen calendar days from the first
day of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald.
6.
Bids will be closed on the fifteenth day at 9:30 AM from the
first day of announcement and will be opened on the same day at
10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives.
7.
The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids without giving any reason thereof.
