Description

1. Oromia Water Works Construction Enterprise would to procure the here under mentioned water related goods for East & West Hararge Zones Rural water supply projects.
2. Therefore interested bidders are invited to participate on this bid for the supply of one or all of the lots.

3. Bidders can obtain further information from our Kality Road Office, Procurement and Property Administration Division, P.O. Box 1969 Code 1110, Tel. 251 011 439 20 45, 011 439 27 84, 011 439 13 61/62, Fax 251 011 439 58 32, Finfinnee, Ethiopia.
4. Complete set of bidding document can be purchased from the above office presentation of 1999 E.C. renewed relevant license, registration card issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Registration Card for VAT, Taxpayer Registration Certificate (Tax Identification Number/TIN) together with WRITTEN APPLICATION 7 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr only).
5. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of the total price must be submitted to the above office in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee (insurance bond is not acceptable) issued from the recognized bank on/or before August 30, 2007 at 12:00 AM.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives on the same date at 02:00 PM at the Enterprise’s Assembly Hall.
7. The Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids.
