bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount not less than
2% of the total bid price payable to APPSCO and must be delivered
before 3:00 PM local time on July 26, 2007.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their
representatives, who choose to attend at 3:30 PM local time on the
same day at the office of the Commercially Dept. Room No., 42.
