interested consultants to submit their offers for the conduct of
studies and preparation of project plan and design for office and
store complex located in Adamma.
Note:
1. Consultants
have to visit the place in Adamma
2. Bids
should include:

Lump sum fee for the conduct of the studies and preparation
of the contract documents
2.2
Supervision fee:-
2.2.1
Contract Administration for period of maintenance life
2.2.2
For a single visit to the site to be made on request or on
schedule
2.3
Completion time for the conduct of studies and preparation of
contract documents

Bids should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope marked with
“Tender for the conduct studies and preparation of Contract
Document” and addressed to:-

Or Should be placed in the Tender
box reserves for the purpose.
4. Consultants
should have on hand and up-to-date registration.
5. Closing
date of the Tender will be 15 working days from the date of
announcement in The Ethiopian Herald.
6. The
Tender will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders’
representatives on the next day at 9:00 A.M.
The Enterprise reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all
bids.
