The Oromia
Education Bureau invites all eligible bidders to print Alternative
Basic Education (ABE) Text Books for level one. Therefore:
1.
Bidders are requested to present trade license valid for 1999
E.C, VAT registration certificate, suppliers registration
certificate & tax clearance paper from revenue office.
2.
Bidders can collect complete set of bidding document from
Oromia Region Education Bureau starting from the date of
advertisement by newspaper against payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) from Room 29.
3.
Bids must be accompanied with bid bond 1% of the total bid
amount in the form of CPO, bank guarantee or certified check.
4.
Bids should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid
box in Block 2 Room number 29 in Oromia Education Bureau Finfine, on
or before 1:30 PM of 31st day from the date of
advertisement.
5.
Bids will be opened on the 31st day from the date
of advertisement at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their
legal representatives who choose to attend in Room No. 29 in (Oromia
Education Bureau, Finfinne).
6.
Oromia Education Bureau reserves the right to accept or
reject all or any part of the bids.
