Factory invite all interested eligible bidders for Reinforcing Floor
work of the machine tower. Accordingly, tender document is prepared
to invite a contractor to participate in the tender.
1. Detailed
specifications and tender documents could be collected from Addis
Ababa liaison Office, Mexico square, Coffee & Plantation Building or
from Assela malt Factory Commercial department Office, with payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty only)
2.
Trade license, 2% bid security, VAT registration certificate
enclosed and other similar documents must be inserted in the
prepared Box at Addis Ababa, Liaison Office in the form of CPO or
bank guarantee in sealed envelope.
3. The
bid will be closed on august 21, 2007 at 2:30 P.M.

Bid will be opened on August 21, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. at Addis Ababa Liaison office in the presence of bidders or their
representatives even if bidders could not be presence at the
specified place and time the purchaser shall open in presence of
bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Malt factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
