Of Endeto-Gasera Gravel Road project Dated

A.
Delete item numbers 1 and 2 entirely and replace it by,
1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRe) has allocated
sufficient budget towards the cost of construction of Endeto-Gasera
Rural Road project and intends to apply part of this budget to
payments under this contract.
2.
The Ethiopian Roads Authority invites Contractors, which fulfills
the following requirements, to submit sealed bids for the
construction of the road project mentioned in (1):-
a) In the case of Ethiopia Bidders only, its certificate of
registration from Ministry of works and Urban Development with
Category GC-1 or RC-1
b) In the case of bidders other than Ethiopians, any relevant
professional practice certificate
c) Other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the
bidder’s compliance, which shall include:-
(i) Its valid trading license and suppliers registration certificate;
and
(ii) Its tax clearance certificate and VAT registration.”
B.
Amend the latest bid submission date specified on item number 7 to
read as ‘August 16, 2007 at 2:30 P.M.”.
