The Sandford International School
invites interested bidders for the supply of different educational
materials categorized hereunder:
Lot 1 School and staff
house furniture and fixtures
Lot 2 Stationery and Cleaning materials
Lot 3 Staff Uniforms
Lot 4 Computer, Printers and other related
accessories
Lot 5 Various Exercise Books
Bid documents are valiable against
payment of non-refundable Birr 50, from the school’s
Finance Office.
All bids must be accompanied by a
Bid Security Bond of 5% of the total Bid Price, in the form
of CPO, payable to Sanford International School.
All bidders should attach their
Renewed Licenses with the bid document.
The tender remains floating up to
July 31, 2007 at 2:00 PM.
The bid will be opened in the
presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on
August 7, 2007 at 2:30
PM in the School’s Hall
The School reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all bids.
