1)
The African Union Commission invites for submission of sealed
bids from eligible bidders for water well drilling works,
installation of pumps and related plumbing works at Africa House
(Residence of the Chairperson of the AU Commission).
2)
Bidding documents may be collected from the Director
Administration & Human Resource Development Office, Room No. 324,
Tel. 011-551 77 00, Ext 263, in Building C, 3rd Floor of
the AU Commission.
3)
Bidders should submit their Company profiles and relevant
certificates of registration.
4)
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an
acceptable form of CPO equivalent to 2% of the bid amount.
5)
Wax-sealed bids shall be delivered to Director Administration
& Human Resource Development Office, Room No. 324, Building C, Tel.
011-551 77 00, Ext. 263, before or on August 10, 2007 at 10:00 AM in
two copies and one original of bid document separately.
6)
The Commission of the African Union reserves the right to
reject any or all of the bids for any reason whatsoever.
