Tender documents
are obtainable from the commercial department of the company during
office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 150 (One
Hundred Fifty) starting from the date of this notice. All bid must
be accompanied by a bid security of 1% Bid bond before or on the
closing date in the form of a Bank Counter Guarantee from Commercial
Bank of Ethiopia or a certified payment order (CPO) or Cash at the
bidder option. Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed and
technical specification in a separate envelopes to the company
before or on August 30, 2007, 10:00 AM. Addressed as follows:
