Commercial Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders for
the supply of Executive Diary, Normal Agenda, Note Book, and Table
Calendar.
2.
The bid document shall be obtained from Materials Management
Division cited in front of Addis Ababa Abattoirs Enterprise at Gofa
Sefer Branch, on 3rd Floor Room No. 304 against payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr only) during
office hours (8:00-12:00 AM, 1:00-4:00 PM) upon presentation copy of
Registration Certificate from the Federal Ministry of Finance &
Economic Development, renewed Trade License for the year and VAT
Registration Certificate.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from the office of Materials Management Division,
P.O. Box 255, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Tel. 467-09 90 Ext.
259, 257, 466-97 35, Fax 466-97 39.

Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount
of Birr 30,000.00 ( Thirty Thousand Birr) in the form of Bank
Guarantee or Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O). Bid bond in any other
form shall not be acceptable.
5.
Bids shall be submitted in two separate envelopes: 1
technical envelope 2. Finical envelope each having one original and
one copy.
6.
All eligibility certificates cited under No. 2 should be
found in the original technical envelope, and it should be submitted
in the tender box on the closing date.
7.
Bid security should be in a separate envelope and be
submitted in the tender box together with the original technical
proposals.
8.
All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for
this purpose at or before
August 24, 2007 at 1:30 PM.
9.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their
representatives who wish to attend, on
August 24, 2007 at 2:00 PM.
10.
Failure to comply
any of the conditions from (4) to (9) above shall result in
automatic rejection.
11.
The CBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
bids.
