1. The
National Archives & Library of Ethiopia has funds within the
employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Asphalt Works
at Addis Ababa.
2.
The
National Archives & Library of Ethiopia invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders of GC/BC Class 6 and above.
3.
Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Proclamation
of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible
bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7 (a) from 9:00 AM to 16:30
Local time.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Hamle
19/1999 by interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of 160.00 Birr.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c ) at or before
12:00 AM hours Nehase 18,1999. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of
Ethiopian Birr 50,000.00 payable on first demand Addressed to the
employer. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at
