The Oromia Education Bureau invites
all eligible bidders to supply Computers, printers and Ups to
different schools.
Therefore:
1.
Bidders are required to present trade license valid for 1999
E.C, VAT registration certificate, suppliers registration
certificate & tax clearance paper from revenue office.
2.
Bidder can collect complete bid document form Oromia
Education Bureau starting from the date of advertisement by
newspaper against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty
Birr) form Room 29.
3.
Bids must be accompanied with bid bond 1% of the total bid
price to be offered in the form of CPO, bank guarantee or certified
check.
4.
Bids should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid
box located in Room number 29 in the Oromia Education Bureau
Finfine, before 2:30 PM of 31st day from the date of
advertisement.
5.
Bids will be opened on the 31st day from the date
of advertisement at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their
legal representatives who choose to attend in Room No. 29.
6.
Oromia Education Bureau reserves the right to accept or
reject any part or all the bids.
