may be obtained by any interested bidders from the Share Company’s
Head Office, Commercial department during office hours. Bidders
residing outside Ethiopia can request by Fax or e-mail for the
dispatch of the bid documents at the following address.

Bids in sealed envelopes may be
deposited in a box prepared for this purpose at the Commercial
Department, the Share Company’s Head Office, or shall be sent by
registered mail to the above Address so as to reach not later than
August 20, 2007, 10:15 AM Addis Ababa time. Bids directly
received by telex, fax or cable shall be rejected.
The bid received shall be opened on
August 20, 2007, 10:30 AM
Addis Ababa time at the
conference Hall of the Share Company in the presence of interested
bidders or their duly authorized representatives. The Share Company
reserves the right the to reject any or the entered bid.
