1.
The Oromia Health Bureau invites wax-sealed bids from
eligible bidders to all contractors who have license of Renewed for
the current year office furniture wood and metal Workshops for the
construction of Partition walls at the new Rented complex near the
Bureau.
2.
Bidding documents shall be purchased from Oromia Regional
Health Bureau procurement service Tel. 011-551 08 08 , P.O. Box
24341 Addis Ababa for a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred
Birr) commencing from 23/11/1999 to 03/12/99 E.C. Interested bidders
may obtain further information at the Same address.
3.
The bid shall be valid for a period of 60 days after the bid
opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of at least 1% of
the bid amount in C.P.O or its equivalent in a freely convertible
currency from reputable bank and shall be delivered to Oromia Health
Bureau service on or before at 3:00 PM in the after noon Date
04/12/99 E.C. at which time the bid will be opened in the presence
of the bidders or their reputable bank and shall be delivered to
Oromia Health Burea service on or before at which time the bid will
be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives
who wish to attend.
4.
The construction work shall be completed within maximum of
15-25 calendar days.
5.
The Oromia Health Bureau has the right to reject or accept
any or all bids.
