Bid documents can be obtained from the Company’s Commercial
Department against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 for each
lot and presentations of renewed trade license.
Bidders have to present bid document in a separate envelope for each
lot.
The bid remains on float as of 3 July, 2007
and offer should be submitted to the Department in wax-sealed until
2 August, 2007, 10:00 AM
local time. Bids will be opened on
2 August, 2007 in the presence of
bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the
Company’s Conference Hall at 10:15 AM local time.
A
bid security 2% of the total value in the form of a bank guarantee
or letter of credit issued by any financial institution recognized
by the National Bank of Ethiopia or a certified check issued by
recognizance local bank submitted along with the Bid Document.
