The Ethiopian Spice Extraction Factory invites interested bidders to
participate in a bid for the supply of Hexane, Acetone, and Methanol
Chemicals for its extraction process. Therefore, bidders can obtain
tender document against payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One
Hundred only) from the Factory.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% of the offered
value in the form of cash, certified check (CPO) or bank guarantee.
The bank that issues the bond shall guarantee to pay the purchaser (ESEF)
immediately upon the first written demand of payment and this has to
be clearly stated in the issued bond. Also all bidders should submit
photocopies of license, other relevant official document issued by
an authorized body and an authorization letter from a supplier.
Bidders should submit offers in a wax-sealed envelope to the factory
within 30 working days of this announcement. Bids will be opened on
the next working day at 10:00 AM. Local time in the presence of
bidders or their representatives at the Factory. The Factory
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
