1. The
Tender remains floating from July 16, 2007 to respective closing
date. Bid Documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No.
206 from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM up on payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 20(Twenty Birr) for item number 1 and 2, and birr 30 (Thirty
Birr) for the remaining each tender. Bidders should submit their
renewed original license % VAT certificate with copies when they
come to obtain the bid documents.

are required to deposit to our Head Office 3rd floor Room
No. 311 before each tender opening date or item and produce the
receipt during the b id opening date.

Bidders who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash

receipt during the bid opening date.

Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives at ETC’s Head Office Room No. 111 according to
