Bids must be accompanied with bid bond at least 2% of the total
offered value endorsed by Certified Cheque (C.P.O.)
Closing date of tender July 18, 07 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
Opening date of tender July 18, 07 at 10:30 A.M. Local time.
Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
