The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Privatization
and Public Enterprise Supervisions Agency has received funds from
the African Development Bank (ADB) towards purchase of different
laboratory equipment and accessories. In connection with this the
Federal Environmental Protection Authority (FEPA) now invites
interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the
different laboratory equipment and accessories.

The tender remains floating from June 15, 2007 to July 6,
2007. Interested and
qualified bidders may obtain the bidders documents from Federal
Environmental Protection Authority office during office hours at
Room Number 07 upon payment of non-refundable fee Birr 300 (Three
Hundred Birr) starting from
June 15, 2007.

Bidders should bring original and one copy of their renewed
license and VAT registration certificate upon subsisting the bid
document.
4.
Bidders should furnish as part of their bid a bid bond amount
of Birr 5,000 (Five Thousand Birr). The bid bond must be in either
of following form.
(a) cash (b) certified cheque (CPO)
issued by recognized bank or (c) Bond issued by a recognized bank

Bidders should submit their offer in wax-sealed envelope and
deposited in the box provided at EPA office July 6, 2007
until 5:30 PM
and Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives at EPA Conference Room No. 312 July 9, 2007
at 10:00 AM.

The Authority reserves the right to reject all or part of the
bids.

Partial bid is not allowed.
