Mekelle University, hereby need to hire contractors and consultants
for Construction and Supervision of building projects to be built in
different campuses of Mekelle University, Mekelle, Tigray Regional
State.
1)
All Consultants of Grade 4 and above are invites to prepare
Proposals for supervision service of Building project with Contract
number of MUSS7.
2)
All contractors of Grade 4 and above are invites to build a
building project with contract number of MUBP12.
3)
The contracts and consultants should have a valid renewed
license for 1999 E.C. renewed Regional or Federal registration of
MoWUD for 1999 E.C. and they shall be VAT registered.
4)
Bid documents can be purchased from the University for a
non-refundable fee of
Contractors
Birr 300 (Three
Hundred Birr) for documents of MUBP12.
Consultants
Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty Birr) for documents of MUSS7

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after
bid opening and must be accompanied by a security of 1% (One
percent) of the bid amount but not exceeding Birr 100,000.00 (One
Hundred Thousand), or its equivalent in a convertible currency, and
shall be delivered to the aforementioned address.
7)
Closing item for submission of bid will be at the end of 3:30
local time of the 30th day to be counted from the date of
announcement of the tender and its opening time will be on the same
day, at 4:00 local time. If the 30th day is not working
day, the bid will be closed and opened at the aforementioned time of
the next working day.
8)
Mekelle University reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all the bid. |
