1.
Oromia Health Bureau obtained a budget from the Italian
cooperation and JSI/DELIVER and would like to procure furnishing
warehouses towards the cost of Health Sector Development Program (HSDP).
It is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget will be
applied to eligible payments under the contract for the procurement
of furnishing warehouses for Oromia Regional Health Bureau (ORHB)
Warehouses in Addis Ababa in Local Competitive Bid.
2.
The Oromia Health Bureau now invites wax-sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of furnishing warehouse for ORHB
Warehouses in Addis Ababa.
3. Bidders
have no option to bid for partial offer. Bids will be evaluated and
contract(s) will be awarded for full items/works taking into account
discount offered, if any, for combined items in determining the
least evaluated bid for all item(s) or works which will be the bases
for award for the contract(s).
4. Bidders
should have renewed trade license for 1999 E.C. Suppliers list
registration certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development, VT & TIN registration certificate while purchasing this
tender document and submitted your offer.
5. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Procurement Service, Oromia
Health Bureau Room No. 39, P.O. Box 24341, Kirkos Kifleketema Kebele

6. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on submission of a written application to the above
mentioned offer and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50
(Birr Fifty only).
7. Bids
must be delivered to office of Human Resource Administration
Department on or before 3:00 PM in the afternoon on date 6/11/1999
E.C. or July 13, 2007 and must be accompanied by a security of not
less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee
from a reputable Bank.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at 3:30 PM in the afternoon on 6/11/1999 E.C.
or July 13, 2007 at the office of Human Resource Administration
Department, Oromia Health Bureau, Room No. 13 Finfinnee, Ethiopia.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
