1.
All bidders must submit copy of their renewed license & VAT
registration certificate & other necessary documents with offer-if
the Tender signed by local agent is accompanied by evidence for
authority from the manufacturer and or supplier.
2. Bidders
should submit their offer on or before July 10, 2007 at 2:00 PM to
our Branch office near Ambassador Theater. Tender must be
accompanied with 2% (Two percent) bid bond C.P.O. Bid shall be
opened on July 10, 2007 at 2:30 PM in the presence of all bidders or
their legal representatives the branch office near Ambassdor
Theater.
3.
The tender price should be valid at least for a period of tow
months.
4.
Partial bid is allowed.
5.
The Tender Supplies may originate from international
competitive manufacture.
6.
Performance bond will be issued as required.
7.
The S.C reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
